Dr. Andrew Matta Founding Partner, Chief Medical Officer, Practicing Dentist Dr. Matta partnered and co-founded NADG in 2008 and continues to practice in New Castle, PA. As NADG’s Chief Medical Officer, he leads the Dental Advisory Board which sets clinical standards for NADG doctors and team members. Dr. Matta also serves on the Pennsylvania State Dental Board.

Shawn Blake Chief Operations Officer Mr. Blake is tasked with bolstering administrative resources and business strategies to more fully support NADG’s field clinical operations and improve patient experiences. He works closely with NADG’s chief clinical officer to seamlessly align provider care with sound business approaches.

Brian Jones Chief Human Resources Officer Mr. Jones is an experienced HR executive with over 20 years of experience in a range of public and private, domestic and international companies. At NADG, Mr. Jones’ team is responsible for acquiring and developing talent and enacting organizational and talent practices that advance the NADG competitive advantage: its culture.
Dr. Alap Choksey Chief Professional Officer, Practicing Dentist
Dr. Alap Choksey Chief Professional Officer, Practicing Dentist Dr. Choksey, in addition to being NADG’s Chief Professional Officer, serves on various NADG committees including the Dental Advisory Board. He also serves as the Regional Dental Director for Ohio and maintains daily chairside activity at Corner Dental, a multi-specialty group of seven practices he co-founded in Toledo, Ohio.
Devitt Kramer General Counsel
Devitt Kramer General Counsel Mr. Kramer has over 20 years of experience serving as the General Counsel of privately-held and publicly-traded companies. He is responsible for overseeing all transactional and litigation matters at NADG and works closely with the Compliance Department on regulatory matters.

Dr. Frank Nia Chief Clinical Officer, Practicing Dentist Dr. Nia is a clinician focused on taking care of patients and team members. He has served in a variety of clinical leadership roles over the past two decades. At NADG, he focuses on serving field clinical teams and ensuring they are able to deliver best in class care.

Julie Penn Chief Growth Officer Ms. Penn is responsible for creating integrated marketing and communication strategies in support of the NADG brand and program initiatives, as well as, strategizing to empower 250+ local dental practices in the field
